About Us
My story began with my father, a local farmer and business owner here in Corvallis, OR., from who I inherited a love for flowers! From a very young age I was surrounded by the beauty of flowers and the plants that he grew in our garden. Gorgeous climbing clematis, rhododendrons, begonias, geraniums, and rows and rows of fragrant garden roses. And from my mother, who taught me to appreciate beauty, be creative, and always encouraged my dreams. After becoming a mother myself, I had a great deal of fun having a little helper in our garden! It was fun to see what he would choose to bring home to plant! After working in the corporate floral industry, to managing a full-retail floral shop, studying floral design and becoming a FDI Certified Floral Designer, this became the next step in the journey! Discovering the joy of this hard-working industry, bringing floral beauty to our community, and the amazing people I meet, to working with like-minded flower friends, I can now see how natural it was to end up here, not far from the beautiful garden my father planted. My gratitude, love and huge thank you to my husband, for all his hard work in making this floral studio a beautiful place to design for you, and for all your cherished moments. Our studio has a large walk-in cooler that keeps new flowers at their recommended storage temperature, and we are adding more planting beds as we have time for, so that we can add these beautiful seasonal blooms to our designs for you!
